Highly accomplished culinary professional, recognized for a comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine and an innovative approach to setting the stage for a customized dining experience. Over 19 years of progressive experience managing the provision of refined dining for 5-star hotels, restaurants, and catering services; refining the art of cooking; developing impressive menus; and preparing culinary dishes influenced by culturally diverse regions around the globe. Particularly adept in the ability to cultivate partnerships with service providers in obtaining the freshest and highest quality ingredients; and committed to leaving guests with a memorable dining experience.

Chef Bryan Jimenez is a Head Chef in Perth, Western Australia. Coming from the Philippines, he grew up in the mountains of Baguio where he first learned how to cook at the age of 10 with all the fresh produce the region has to offer. By age 16, he then tackled the hustle and bustle of city life in Makati and Manila, where he studied Business Management while working as a head chef for a popular Italian restaurant. After working for various restaurants and hotels, he decided to take the opportunity and make a name for himself in the Land Down Under.His strongest influence in cooking is his family. Coming from a family of foodies where everyone has their own specialty, he managed to draw inspiration and create his own style of culinary flair.

 

Aside from being a chef, Bryan is also into food photography. Because of his culinary background, it was natural for him to combine both his love for food and passion for photography, thus inspiring him to pursue a whole new industry. He uses his expertise in food and its presentation, and knowledge in photography to produce images of food that stimulate our senses and inspire our palates

THE PHOTOGRAPHER

I started my passion in photography in 2007 as a hobbyist, and surrounding myself with fellow photographers helped develop my eye for creating beautiful images even more. Because of my culinary background, it was natural for me to combine both my love for food and passion for photography, thus inspiring me to pursue a whole new industry: food photography. I use my expertise in food and its presentation and my knowledge in photography to produce images of food that stimulate our senses and inspire our palates.
